SECURITY ON D2ItemStore.com

1. Do you use cheats, bots, hacks or any kind of illegal software?

The Answer is definitely NO! We never use any cheats or hacks to obtain items.

2. How do you protect my personal information?

Your private information is securely saved. We never provide them to third parties!

3. Is it safe to use my credit card on d2itemstore.com?

Yes! We are using PayPal to accept credit card payments. All data is extrem securely saved at PayPal it won't ever be enclosed to others.

 

ORDERS

1. I can't find the item I am looking for. Can I sent you a request?

Yes. Any custom orders are welcome! Please send an e-mail to shop (at) d2itemstore.com

2. Are your items? If my item would disappear (poof), will you replace it?

All of our items are 100% legit and will therefore never disappear or be replaced. Please make sure that you collect them within 10 days from the mule-account, before it will expire.

3. Within Diablo 2, Items and Gold will Disappear after some time, when left on the ground

Do not leave items on the ground! Some items can already disappear under 8 minutes. Therefore please immediately pick them up.

4. Are all items on d2itemstore legit? Will they poof?

Yes, all of our items are legit / perm and will therefore never poof. We only sell items collected by real humans.

5. How do I place an order on your site?

- Choose the items you want

- Press 'Add to Cart' and Select your Realm / Core

- Now continue with the PayPal-Express-Checkout, or the normal store checkout. We recommend PayPal express, because it doesn't require any personal information to be entered.

6. How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by contacting us via shop (at) d2itemstore.com or within the Livechat.

7. What should I do if the Livechat is offline?

In case you can't reach us within the Livechat, simply send us an email to: shop (at) d2itemstore.com

8. The Livechat is online, but no one answers me?

If you won't receive an answer within 5 minutes, then we might have high traffic and ask you to wait a bit more. You can also simply send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

LEVELING SERVICE

1. Can I use my character while you are leveling?

Please don't log into your account until we have sent you a notification that the level service has been completed. Else we might need way longer to complete your leveling.

2. How do you level up my character?

Real humans are playing your character, to get it done as soon as possible. We never use any cheats or hacks, therefore you can be sure that your character / account won't ever get any trouble.

 

PAYMENTS

1. Which payment methods does d2itemstore accept?

Currently we accept PayPal. Please make sure that your personal information is correctly and up to date. Else your order might be rejected by our site or by PayPal itself.

2. Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept many different credit cards via PayPal, even without having a PayPal Account.

3. Can I send cash payments to you?

We are sorry but we can't accept cash payments.

4. Use Visa or American Express Gift Cards on PayPal.

Please note that you need to register your gift card online first, before you can use it.

5. How can I pay with my credit card without a PayPal Account?

You can simply go to the checkout and select that you do not have a PayPal account. Then you can proceed with entering your credit card data.

6. How can I verify my PayPal account?

When logged into PayPal you can click on "Get verified now" and follow the steps shown. They will either charge your credit card with a small amount, that then later will be topped up onto your PayPal account, or they will deposit a small amount on your bank account.

7. My Credit Card can not be used. PayPal Payment Error.

In this case, we advice you to contact paypal to check what is wrong with the details you provided.

 

DELIVERY

1. What kind of delivery methods do you offer?

Mainly we will send you a fresh new mule-account, with the account and password, where the items have been stored. Alternatively you can also contact us via mail or livechat for an ingame (face2face) transfer.

2. How long do I need to wait to get my items once I have paid?

The delivery will usually not take longer than 1-24 hours. In rare cases, such as high volume orders, it might can take a bit longer. But do not hesitate to contact us, to get information about your order status.

3. I am waiting already more than 24 hours and I didn't got my items yet.

4. Can you help me transfer items ingame?

Yes, please visit us within the livechat or send us an email. Let us know your online times, gamename and password. So we can login with the mule-account and help you with the transfer.

5. The item I ordered does not match the picture you shown?

Please note that the pictures (screenshots) are just examples. The exact stats you will receive are mentioned within the description.

 

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

1. I can not add items to the cart or checkout?

In this case, we might maintain the website at the moment, or an unknown error appeared. Please contact us to fix it.

2. Diablo 2 does not run on Windows Vista. Troubleshooting.

Windows Vista has known issues about running Diablo 2. Please set the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2. For further help please contact us.

 

OTHERS

1. Can I work for d2itemstore?

At this moment we do not look for new staff, but you can always send us an email and will concider your application.

2. Do you buy or trade items?

We are sorry but we do not buy or trade items.

3. Am I getting discounts or bonuses for repeating orders?

Yes, as higher the order amount, as more bonuses you will get.

4. Do you have Diablo 2 Classic or Expansion items in your store?

We only sell Expansion (Lord of Descrution) items. Diablo 2 Classic items are currently not planned to be sold.

5. I have lost the password to my user account, how can I login?
