Order Process & Tracking

To ensure a smooth experience, please keep everything in the same Resurrected Game Mode (Ladder, Non-Ladder, HC Ladder). Mixed modes require manual review and may take longer. We match your order to the amount paid, and adjust as needed.

Most Diablo 2 Resurrected item services are completed within 1 to 24 hours. On rare occasions when it takes a bit longer, you’ll receive an extra bonus to show our appreciation for your patience. View your standard order bonuses.

When placing your order, you can either create a customer account or checkout as a guest. If you’d like to check the status of your order, you’re welcome to contact us via Live Chat whenever we’re available. For smoother processing, please include your PlayerTag (Computer/PC), Gamertag (Xbox), or Friend Code (Nintendo Switch) in the order notes before checkout, but don’t worry if you forget, you can simply leave us a message in the chat after placing your order.

Delivery Notification & Face-to-Face Trade

Once your in-game item service is completed, you’ll receive an email notification inviting you to meet for a secure Face-to-Face delivery in-game, available on Computer (PC), Xbox, and Nintendo Switch versions of the game. This ensures a smooth and reliable Diablo 2 Resurrected item delivery service across all supported platforms.

After you receive the email:

  • Open Live Chat (bottom-right corner).
  • Provide your Order ID to confirm your delivery.
  • Xbox and Nintendo Switch players: leave a quick message in chat so we can prepare your console delivery setup.

Service Completion Time

While most orders are handled quickly and usually finished within just a few hours, almost always within 24 hours, some may require a bit of extra coordination between players to arrange the in-game assistance. Diablo 4

When ordering services for D4 in-game items, you may either:

  • Create an account to keep track of your order history, or
  • Checkout as a guest and track your order via email updates or our Order Tracker.

Once your D4 service is completed, you’ll receive a delivery email. Please connect with Live Chat and share your Order ID and BattleTag for a fast, secure delivery.

Deliveries usually take a few minutes to a few hours and rarely exceed 24 hours. If you haven’t received an update within that time, leave us a message and we’ll assist promptly.


Diablo 2 Legacy (Classic / D2 LoD)

Q: How will I receive my D2 items?

You’ll receive a mule service to transfer your items securely. The mule details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

After receiving your mule character, transfer your items as soon as possible to prevent character expiration (10 days). If you need help with the process, our team can assist via email or Live Chat with a safe in-game item handover.

Q: How long does the Legacy item delivery service take?

Most Ladder and Non-Ladder in-game item services for Legacy are completed within 1 to 48 hours. In rare situations, it may take up to 72 hours, particularly for high-demand or custom requests. We appreciate your patience and always strive to deliver as quickly as possible.
