Eastern Worldstone Shard (Act 2) is an item introduced in Diablo II: Resurrected – Reign of the Warlock. It contains unstable fragments of Worldstone energy connected to the eastern deserts of Sanctuary.

Usage

Right-clicking this shard terrorizes all zones in Act II for the duration of the current game session. Terrorized areas feature higher monster levels and improved loot potential, making locations such as the Arcane Sanctuary, Tal Rasha’s Tombs, and the Maggot Lair valuable farming zones.

Overview

Fragments of the shattered Worldstone radiate unstable power capable of transforming entire regions of Sanctuary. Each shard is tied to a specific act and allows players to temporarily turn that region into a high-level terrorized farming environment. These fragments belong to the Worldstone Shards which were added in the Reign of the Warlock DLC.

Why It’s Valuable

As part of the ROTW expansion items, Eastern Worldstone Shard (Act 2) enables players to create Act-wide Terror Zones while also serving as an ingredient for crafting renewed Sunder Charms.
