Overview

Guardian’s Thunder belongs to the Colossal Ancient Jewels, a special class of endgame rewards obtained by defeating the Colossal Ancients at the Colossal Summit. This pinnacle encounter is unlocked by collecting Colossal Ancient Statues from Terrorized Act Bosses, often supported by Worldstone Shards.

The exact jewel depends on the kill order. If Madawc the Guardian is defeated last, the reward pool includes Guardian’s Thunder or Guardian’s Light.

These jewels function as enhanced versions of Rainbow Facets, combining elemental damage scaling with additional bonuses such as experience gain, magic find, and gold find. However, they are limited to one per character, making them a key endgame upgrade.

As part of the New Reign of the Warlock items, Guardian’s Thunder is a powerful choice for lightning-focused builds.

Usage
