Northern Worldstone Shard (Act 5) is an item introduced in Diablo II: Resurrected – Reign of the Warlock. It contains unstable fragments of Worldstone energy connected to the northern reaches of Sanctuary.

Usage

Right-clicking this shard terrorizes all zones in Act V for the duration of the current game session. Terrorized areas feature higher monster levels and improved loot potential, making locations such as the Frigid Highlands, Worldstone Keep, and Throne of Destruction valuable farming zones.

Fragments of the shattered Worldstone radiate unstable power capable of transforming entire regions of Sanctuary. These fragments belong to the Worldstone Shards introduced in the Reign of the Warlock expansion.

Why It’s Valuable

As part of the New Reign of the Warlock Items, Northern Worldstone Shard (Act 5) enables players to create Act-wide Terror Zones while also serving as an ingredient for crafting renewed Sunder Charms.
