Overview

Renewed Flame Rift is part of the Renewed Sunder Charms, an advanced category introduced in Reign of the Warlock that represents the final stage of the Sunder Charm system.

Evolved from the Latent Flame Rift, it is crafted through the Horadric Cube, gaining expanded stat pools and significantly enhanced endgame potential.

Unlike the Original Flame Rift, which cannot be upgraded, the renewed version features a fixed resistance penalty and multiple bonus stat pools, making it a far more complete and powerful endgame option.

Its main effect sunders fire immunity, allowing fire-based builds to deal damage to enemies that would otherwise remain immune. This makes it especially valuable in Terrorized Zones and other high-end content.

The charm can roll either Fire Skill Damage or Enemy Fire Resistance reduction, alongside additional utility such as magic find, gold find, life or mana, movement or recovery, and damage reduction. How to Get

Renewed Flame Rift is crafted by upgrading Latent Flame Rift through the Horadric Cube. The latent version drops from Heralds in Reign of the Warlock, powerful elite enemies found in Terrorized Zones. These rotating high-level areas can also be activated using Worldstone Shards, making them a key part of endgame farming and progression.
